Youth Congress 2007
Dates: August 8th – 10th.
We will be leaving New Life @ 5 am on Wednesday, August 8th. Hopefully to arrive Charlotte around 3 pm latest. We will be leaving Charlotte, North Carolina Saturday, August 11th to return back to New Life around 5 pm.

The projected cost for each Young Person is $225.00. This does not include meals or spending money. This does include registration for the day sessions. If you want to attend any day sessions or if you want to be able to get into the arena before scheduled church times to get a good seat etc., you must be registered.
Depending on the level of funds we are able to raise the cost per person may come down.
The total cost for the trip is approximately $9000.00. This is based on 40 people attending, including chaperones and young people. I have laid out a few examples of how raising money will affect the cost per young person. Please understand that the cost could change slightly depending on many people we have attending.
This year we will be requiring a non refundable deposit to hold your spot for Youth Congress. The deposit is $50.00 and it is due by March 1st. This deposit will go toward your cost for the NAYC. If you do not end up being able to attend your deposit will not be refunded. If you do not have your deposit paid by March 1st you will not be guaranteed a spot!!!
